My mum and I always make this incredibly simple and incredibly delicious snack. It's that perfect late afternoon, just before dinner kind of snack.
You just chuck the chickpeas on a baking tray, sprinkle with paprika, chilli (or any spice combo you want) and salt & pepper, then drizzle with some olive oil before roasting in the oven (approx 220c) for 20-30 minutes. Serve with natural yoghurt and a decent bunch of coriander and you're set! It couldn't be any easier!
