I know that this recipe doesn't really fit in with all the January resolutions to lose weight, however I am a believer in the whole balanced lifestyle approach (particularly the
Clean & Lean approach), so I think a little treat here and there is welcomed wholeheartedly. And blueberry muffins are a classic, so you just have to have them once in a while.
Especially on a cold winters afternoon. That's when I crave them the most (or on cold winter mornings too), so I decided to bake them up yesterday for the perfect afternoon treat with a cup of tea. I used this
recipe and loved how they turned out (and how easy they were to make). I probably would have doubled up on the blueberries though. Only because I am obsessed with them, not because they actually needed more of them.

I'm all about finding a balance. Blueberries are chock-full of antioxidants, therefore blueberry muffins are good for your too, right?
