A few little glimpses from a pretty cool weekend in this pretty cool city. It involved; an obligatory early morning trip to the fish markets (my favourite way to start the weekend) to pick up fresh prawns for our lunchtime linguine, a quick visit up to the central coast for my little cousins 7th birthday party, Sunday morning blueberry pancakes, and a late Sunday afternoon city adventure to check out Sydney's newest hotel, QT Sydney (a.k.a Eddy's new workplace) for a cheeky drink in their Gowings Bar & Grill. That place is awesome!
Another thing that is awesome? After battling away with trying to make my own blog layouts for 2+ years, I thought it was finally time that I outsourced to the amazing Blog Milk Shop. I can't tell you how happy I am that I did! I feel like it's the perfect amount of change, and makes the blog look so much crisper and cleaner. There's still a few things to update, but I hope you like it.

Woooahhh new blog layout! I love it Soph - so you and I love the write-up. You ARE a serious life-lover. If ever in doubt I think to myself 'what would Sophie think?' (shortly followed by 'what would Simone think?') and come up with the answer! Always lovely to drop by on a Monday and see what your weekend was like - looks awesome and cements again my desire to one day visit Sydney. Hope you are OK sweet pea, not missing George too much and will some day soon return to our shores. Missing you. Lou x
