I'm not going to lie..this week has been a tougher-than-normal one for me. All this uncertainty about the status of my visa has made me go a little stir crazy/regular crazy-crazy. It doesn't make it any easier when 1/2 of you is on the other side of the world and the possibility of jumping on the next flight to London to see him is non-existent since my passport is in some visa office somewhere. It's been a serious test, that's for sure.
However, there really isn't anything I can do about it. As much as I want to be over there (and there isn't anywhere else I would rather be at this moment than in London with George) I can't change the fact that I am currently stuck here for now. So, I have decided that I can no longer let it dictate my life. As hard as it might be, my goal is to stay positive, truly live in the moment and enjoy every second of being here in Sydney with my family. Starting with a "littlest things" post. They always make me feel better and remind me of all the beautiful details that have been surrounding me lately.
I hope you guys had a great week and have an even better weekend!
