When I am away from home, I hold Sydney so strongly in my heart, but after a while I forget the tiny little things that I love about it so much. I just know that it's my favourite place in the world. Then weekends like this happen, and it all comes rushing back. Those feelings of pure contentment. That cool, causalness of Sydney that feels like its apart of me.
We spent the weekend by checking out Kirribilli Markets, picked up some beautiful seafood from the fish markets, went over to a friends house and cooked up a delicious lunch for everyone before a family friends 50th that night. On Sunday we headed to our favourite Sydney beach for a pure chill sesh and bacon and egg rolls, before meeting more friends at a new and exciting wine bar (in sleepy suburban Sydney), Super Bon, for a few drinks.
It was the ultimate Sydney weekend! But they all seem to be "the ultimate"! It's because the place is just unbeatable!

Hey Soph - wow these photos really do make me want to go there! I am worried that it's just so far away - what if I never go??! There are just so many cool places in the world to visit. I do think you've opened my eyes to Sydney though - your opinion matters and the fact that you love it makes us love it too. Lou x
