I love winter. I love wrapping up in big scarves and gloves and having a billion hot chocolates per day. I love the crisp air and being able to see your own breath. And I love cuddling up in warm socks and a magazine (preferably in front of a fire).
But sometimes, I just long for some longer and warmer days. Wearing lighter colours and lighter layers. So this was me trying to start and add a little spring into my winter dressing. I just wore a few singlet tops underneath and packed a big scarf and warm boots in my bag when we weren't snapping up pictures.

Oh I do this too! (adding lots of layers underneath and bringing warm boots to wear as soon as I'm finished snapping pictures)
And as MUCH as I love winter, I too long for the time when we can start wearing these spring outfits again without freezing our bums off :)

I remember those long yearnings for a warm day to warm up my bones! I spent an hour each day running to keep my body warm and I swear the endorphins help heat the body too!

Love this outfit and the soft colours! When is cold and grey, I do exactly the same: stay under a blanket with lots of magazines and my laptop to check blogs...but I cannot wait for spring to arrive!
