(going back to Blackheath to visit the little kids I used to teach back in 2009)
(the most incredible chocolate milkshake from The Village Deli in Blackheath)
I'm currently sitting in Starbucks just off Regent street and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love being back in London. I feel like its home here in the U.K. I feel more inspired and excited whenever I come back to visit. Even if it is so chaotic and hectic...that kind of makes me love it even more. The energy of the city is undeniable.
Today is actually a special Friday. Today marks the two year anniversary of starting The Littlest Things. I find it hard to believe that it has been a whole two years (or that it's only been two years...I'm not sure which one it is...does that happen to you too?) since I was visiting George in Nottingham for a two month holiday and I just randomly decided to start a blog. I cannot even put into words how happy I am that I did. Having this blog has opened my eyes in so many ways. It has constantly made me think about the little things which make everyday life that little bit more fabulous. Something which has made me really appreciate just how special life is.
I just want to thank every single one of you who make the whole blogging experience so fulfilling. You are all the best!
Have a great weekend! I'm off to explore...

Ahhhh two years!!!! What would we have done had we never started blogging? Met in some alternate universe. But as it stands we met in blogosphere and thank goodness we did. I think of you often when I witness a 'littlest thing' and want to tell you stuff I've seen or done. How is that for kindred spirits!? Your blog is a Precious insight and I've always loved it. Enjoy your time in London; the city become you. Much love, Lou x (big sis)
