I am always looking for more interesting salad recipes. Especially in the colder months when a light and cold salad doesn't seem to cut it. Enter this scrumptious winter salad recipe for spiced pumpkin, lentils and goat cheese (found via Belle Maison) and you have a winner.
It ended up looking like this way too quickly.
