bath, england.

Here's a little photo overload of our day spent in Bath. George and I were planning to stay for the whole weekend but since we were so disorganised, when it came to the booking a hotel part two days before the weekend, all the good ones were all booked out.

However, this didn't matter since Cardiff is only a 1 hour train ride away. We got there near midday and left after having the most amazing dinner at Firehouse Rotisserie. Perfect plan B as it meant that we got a lot of exploring time throughout the day and evening before returning back to our own place.

Although, next time (yes, there will definitely be a next time), we are planning to stay for a whole weekend and check out the spas which we missed out on this time. They looked amazing and  I've heard are unmissable. Lucky we live so close.

It was the perfect day exploring more of the U.K! It's a part of the reason why I love living here. Everything is so close and easy to get to. It makes discovering new cities, towns and villages something of a regular occurrence and I am so excited to visit more.

P.S you can see even more photos on The Littlest Things Facebook page.

Nothing beats sleeping in your own bed at the end of the day....except maybe spending the day at the spa! Bath sounds like a great place to live an hour away from!

Hello Soph - wow these are a real treat. I love Bath - went to Uni in Bristol so we used to visit often for shopping. I love the thermal spa - especially at night fall. Going back in December - but I said that already!! Lou x

Oh the many times I have dreamt of moving to Bath to live.
Your photos are perfect.
I have to share these with my husband and see if he gets all " Let's Move to Bath " !
If he did it with Argentina, Bath should be easy ;)

I love Bath! I studied there for a semester while I was in college, but I really want to take my husband back there. I also want to check out the restaurants and shops I couldn't afford while I was there!
