This past weekend has been one which I thought only existed in dreams. I was with my family and George, in Sydney, with the most gorgeous weather, shopping in Paddington Markets or strolling along the coastal walk from Bondi beach to Bronte beach, taking billions of photos of the surfers and the glistening water, eating late lunches over a bottle of wine...what can get better than that? I seriously don't think there is anything.
I have been trying so so hard to savour every moment while I have been back home, trying to appreciate everything around me which makes me love Sydney so much and gives as many cuddles to my parents as possible. It's scaring me how annoyingly fast time is going - we have already been here for a week. I hate how time flies when you're having fun and then goes so ridiclously slowly when you're bored. If only I invented a time machine or something...
This week we have a billion more plans lined up including checking out the Sydney Fish Markets, going around to my grandmas house, helping dad cook up a storm in the kitchen, catching up with old friends and generally being tourists. I love being a tourist in my own home city. Espcially since Sydney is so attractive.
I will never forget this weekend.

Glad you're having fun at home, its nice to spend time with the family. The last picture of the waves crashing into the pool is stunning, I take it that it is a salt water pool? We have one of those near us but its built up so high on the sea wall that the waves hardly ever crash in! Unfair :(
