a glimpse of a beautiful weekend

More beach photos. I apologise, but this is all i have been doing recently. Heading down to the beach and not leaving until 6pm at the earliest. This is the best way to spend summer in Sydney and seeing as this was my last weekend in Sydney for nearly a year (i wont be coming back to Sydney until Christmas this year) it was perfect. The first photo is from a lookout over the northern beaches, its so picture perfect that the photo actually looks fake.
So this weekend was filled with the beach and late summer nights spent in the pool for hours and hours and next weekend it will be filled with all things Parisian! I leave for London this wednesday and arrive on the thursday and then we travel to Paris on the friday. Life goes way too fast. I am so excited for so many things this year, however, Sydney is home and it gets harder to say goodbye every time I leave.
Anyway here is even more Noosa stuff, but in video form this time. Just a lovely little movie featuring my beautiful parents and I in the stunning backdrop that is Noosa.
Australia is a pretty incredible place to live.

  7. This is such a beautiful video in so many ways...the scenery...the clothes...the places...and the most beautiful part of it...your family! It makes my heart so happy to see how much it seems that you enjoy your parents and they enjoy each other! :)

  16. Hello!
I loved your photos and was nodding in agreement to every word of this post. I too adore Sydney and life here is bliss. We have pretty much lived on the beach or in the water since the school holidays started and I can't believe that it's only 6 months till we also bid farewell to this amazing city!

I empathize with you on the 'leaving bit' and know how hard it is to pack and fly far away from ones roots. My beloved Sweden is as far away as can possibly be and at times it feels like missing a limb not being there.

Hope your good byes weren't too hard and that you'll have a marvelous time in London and Paris.

    Bon Voyage!
