Dolce & Gabbana S/S 2010
from JAK & JIL
from garance dorè
I love love love this look.
It's feminine and sexy but without being "slutty"
In Vogue Australia May 2010, they brought up the issue of how do we embrace the trend in everyday life, but it looks like these two girls have had no trouble what-so-ever.
(River Island bustier, Myla Angelica silk-satin cami via net-a-porter.com, Topshop Vintage silk bralet, Marni polka dot silk cami via net-a-porter.com, Topshop confetti print bra, Stella McCartney chemise via net-a-porter.com)
These are the types of pieces I would like to add to my wardrobe.

Oh yes! I just recently started to wear my silk pajamas as outerwear! :D

Oh, I love that picture of Magdelena Raoul! That is such a sharp look, I've always been a fan of camisoles under blouses and sweaters, I agree, it is sexy without looking slutty, and very feminine, too! Love your pretty blog, am a new follower!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Love that first bustier!

So flirty and fun without the sleeze factor.

Magdelena is so pretty in a fresh, youthful way. I love her outfit though. Am not one to wear undergarments on the exterior, but these shots are great! ;-)

Love this trend, always have (as any Madonna fan would, she was the Queen of underwear as outerwear!) but just as long as it stops at TOPS (bustiers, camisoles, bras, etc). I am NOT a fan of the whole "let's skip the pants altogether" that I saw on a couple of fall shows.
ReplyDeleteLove your picks for spring! So lovely.
